About us

Awareness is the most important skill of the 21st century.

The Conscious Human is a foundation that helps people better understand themselves, build psychological resilience and use technology mindfully.

Our mission

Change begins within ourselves.

The Conscious Human Foundation was built on a single conviction: awareness is the most important competence of our times.

We live in a world that offers more opportunities than ever — and yet more and more people feel lost, overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves. We believe the answer isn't another technology or another piece of information, but a deeper understanding of oneself.

Our mission is to help people develop awareness — so they can better understand themselves, build psychological resilience, and use technology consciously rather than being led by it.

How we work

Practice based on proven methods.

Sound foundations

We combine knowledge from psychology, health and science with the realities of new technologies — without oversimplification or trendy shortcuts.

Coaching standard

We work with coaches who have completed a coaching program accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Measurable impact

We design programs and materials to translate into concrete changes in the daily lives of our participants.

Our people

A team that combines awareness and expertise.
